Inp.polri.go.id - Muara Enim. The South Sumatra Regional Police continues to intensify its SULING (Subuh Keliling) dawn prayer program as a preventive strategy to strengthen community security and public order (Harkamtibmas). 

Executed through the Lawang Kidul Police Office under the Muara Enim Sub-regional Police, the routine initiative builds closer ties between the police force and local residents by joining the community during dawn prayers to discuss neighborhood safety in an approachable setting.

The morning program took place on Wednesday (5/8/2026) starting at 4.30 amat the Al Mustaqim Mosque in Tanjung Enim, Lawang Kidul District. Police officers joined community members and religious leaders for Subuh prayers, followed by a direct dialogue regarding local security awareness. Key topics included reviving neighborhood watch initiatives, utilizing the 110 Police Call Center, implementing youth curfews to prevent brawls and illegal racing, and utilizing Bhabinkamtibmas for community problem-solving.

"The SULING program is an effective medium to strengthen communication and build public trust in the Indonesian National Police," Muara Enim Police Chief Superintendent Hendri Syaputra said. "Through this activity, we invite all elements of society to jointly maintain environmental security and create a safe, comfortable, and conducive situation in Muara Enim Regency."
