The Southeast Sulawesi Regional Police Directorate of Traffic participated in a Indonesian National Police (INP) Research and Development study focused on enhancing traffic security, safety, order, and smooth flow through education, technology, and community partnerships on Monday (5/10/2026).
"Through this approach, the police are expected to deliver effective, responsive traffic services oriented toward road user safety," said Southeast Sulawesi Police Director of Traffic Senior Superintendent Dr. Argowiyono during the session at the RTMC Hall in Kendari.
The research evaluated key strategic aspects of traffic management, emphasizing public safety education, modern technology integration, and stronger collaboration between law enforcement and local communities. Attended by senior regional police directors and traffic officials, the study serves as an operational review to refine traffic management strategies and foster a culture of road safety across Southeast Sulawesi.
