inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Indonesian National Police (INP) Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo emphasized that labor unions and his party are working together to maintain public order and security.

Sigit emphasized that the realization of a safe and peaceful public order and security situation will have an impact on economic growth, thereby increasing the welfare of the Indonesian people.

This was conveyed by Sigit when attending an invitation and giving a speech at the Indonesian Workers' National Grand Roll Call at the Jababeka Botanical Field, Bekasi, Wednesday (10/15/2025).

"We just agreed that we will work together to maintain public order and security stability to realize domestic security, because we know that Indonesia needs public order and security stability to be able to realize economic growth," said Sigit.

Sigit revealed that the cooperation between INP and labor is one of the main assets or keys in supporting and making all policies and programs of President Prabowo Subianto's government a success.

"And the laborers certainly play a key role as they fully support the President's policies and of course we all must collaborate so that all government programs can be realized so that the people's welfare can be reached," said Sigit.

The National Workers' Assembly was initiated by two of Indonesia's largest organizations: the Confederation of All Indonesian Trade Unions (KSPSI) and the Confederation of Indonesian Trade Unions (KSPI).

Sigit stated that the National Workers' Assembly represents a form of freedom of expression exercised constructively. Therefore, he commended the safe, peaceful, and orderly conduct of this event.
