All parties from the society praise and appreciate the concept of Precision from the National Police Chief (Kapolri), General Drs. Listyo Sigit Prabowo, M.Sc., Even the term "Precision" has become a kind of vocabulary that has become more popular in the public discourse. The road map of the transformation program rolled out by General Listyo Sigit Prabowo towards a Precise Police (Predictive, Responsibilities, and Transparency with Justice) includes four main policies, namely Organizational Transformation; Operational Transformation; Public Service Transformation; and Supervision Transformation. The concept is considered very extraordinary, giving a great hope for extraordinary changes in the institution. And based on a quantitative assessment of the four policies, the achievement is already over 95%. The Precision concept with the four main policies not only changes the image and face of our police force, but makes it more “effective” in accordance with the dynamic and fast-moving social changes of society. These amazing changes are proved with various policies such as the forming of Virtual police, ETLE, a humanist approach to problem solving, quick acts against terrorism, prioritizing prevention from legal action, and humanist and welfare approach and a non-military approach to build Papuan society towards peace, progress, and prosperity. Everything has started to move and run, only reinforcements remain. The Police continue to move to build a stronger relationship with the community, so that they could be more accepted by the community. During the leadership of General Listyo Sigit Prabowo, the Police have proven themselves to be friends of the community.
