The Central Kalimantan Traffic Directorate Soon Will Delete the Expired Vehicle Registration Data

The Central Kalimantan Director of Traffic, Commissioner Heru Sutopo, S.I.K., said that policy will be implemented after the socialization period is over. After the socialization period, his party will delete the registration data for vehicles that are tax-dead for two years. If the vehicle registration data has been deleted, the vehicle in question is not allowed to drive on the road. Commissioner Heru said vehicles that uses the road must pay taxes. "If the registration data has been deleted, it can be considered that the vehicle cannot be used anymore. It will no longer be allowed to be used on the road and a ticket will be given to the driver if get caught by the police," explained the Director of the Central Kalimantan Traffic Police. “The deletion of tax-dead vehicle registration data is also intended to make fuel allocation is on target. Because the government who allocates fuel always looks at vehicle data first in an area.
