The Head of Public Relations of the Jakarta Regional Metropolitan Police, Senior Superintendent Budi Hermanto, stated that the police had obtained the results of a post-mortem examination of the victim's injuries. It was determined that the wounds were ruptured boils.

"This case has been investigated, including a post-mortem examination of the wounds. We confirm that the wounds are ruptured boils. So, they were not caused by a sharp weapon attack by the robber," he explained to reporters on Friday (5/22/2026).

According to him, AWS was questioned by investigators from the Jakarta Regional Metropolitan Police Cyber ​​Directorate on Thursday evening (5/21/2026).

"The Jakarta Regional Metropolitan Police Cyber ​​Directorate invited him for clarification to investigate his motives," he said.
