inp.polri.go.id – The shooting that resulted in the death of two farmers in Indrapuri on 12 May has worsened. This was marked by the arrest of an intellectual actor with the initials AW alias Toke AW, Friday, June 3, 2022. The arrest of AW was carried out after the person concerned was examined as a witness, who was later named a suspect and immediately detained at the prison of Aceh Police Headquarters. "It's true, the perpetrator of the shooting of two farmers in Indrapuri has been investigated and detained. When questioned, the person concerned was accompanied by his attorney," said the Head of Public Relations (Kabid Humas) of the Aceh Police, Commissioner Winardy, S.H., S.I.K., M.Si, in a brief release, Sunday, June 5, 2022. Kabid Humas of the Aceh Police explained that in this case, AW was an intellectual actor, in which he ordered a person to kill Maimun (38) and Ridwan (38). He also co-financed and planned the execution. Although the intellectual suspect of the case has been arrested, the case is still being investigated, because the executors is still missing. Luckily, their identity has been known. "We are still intensifying the investigation and pursuing the executor. We will report the progress later," explained Kabid Humas. It was reported that two farmers in Indrapuri, Aceh Besar, died after being shot by OTK on 12 May. Police have also arrested TM, DW, NZ, ZD, and MY, who also had a key role in the shooting.
