The National Police Ready to Held Open Case of ACT Case

inp.polri.go.id – The Investigation Team of the National Police's Directorate of Special Economic Crimes is ready to hold an open case regarding the alleged fund abuse of Aksi Cepat Tanggap (ACT). "Today we officially began an open case to the alleged fund abuse of ACT," explained the Director of Special Economic Crimes, Brigadier General Whisnu Hermawan, Monday (25/7/22). Brigadier General Whisnu Hermawan explained that the open case conference is to determine the suspect. According to him, the open case will also be attended by the Propam Police Division and the Supervision and Investigation Bureau. "It will be attended by Propam, the Supervision and Investigation Bureau, General Supervision Inspectorate and Law Division," he told the reporters. It is known that the alleged misappropriation of funds by ACT Foundation management occurred during the distribution of aid to family of the Lion Air JT-610 plane crash victims that occurred in 2018.
