inp.polri.go.id –.  The Necessities to Respect The Judge Decision The judge acquitted the shooter of the FPI Troops at KM-50. The judge said that there is a justification for the accident. After undergoing a marathon trial, two police officers who were accused of shooting FPI members to death were finally released by the judge, last Friday, March 18. The judge assessed that what the two defendants did, at the end of December 2020, was because they were indeed defending themselves. Therefore, First Brigadier Fikri Ramadhan and Ipda Yasmin Ohorella must be released. The decision of the judge must be respected. The decision taken by the judge, of course, cannot be changed except by a higher court. As previously stated by the former Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, Harifin Tumpa, all judges' decisions will not be able to satisfy all parties. It is in this context that all people, without exception, must respect the court's decision. So, if there are objections to the judge's decision, those who are litigating can appeal to cassation. Meanwhile, those who feel that the judge has made a mistake can complain to the Judicial Commission. Do not let those who do not agree with the judge's decision, express it by violating the law. The judge's decision can only be changed by another court decision.
