Personnel conducted tactical patrols around Gigobak Village, Sinak District, while also securing religious services to ensure the public could carry out their activities safely and comfortably.
The activity, which began at 9:00 a.m. is part of the police's efforts to bring the state closer to the community. In addition to patrols, personnel also secured vital objects and built harmonious communication with local residents.
Throughout the operation, the situation was observed to be safe and conducive. The presence of officers on the ground received a positive response from the community, who felt more at ease in carrying out their religious services and daily activities.
The Head of 2026 Damai Cartenz Operation Task Force, Inspector General Faizal Ramadhani, emphasized that a soft approach is key to carrying out every task in the operational area.
"The Indonesian National Police (INP) is present not only to maintain security, but also to provide a sense of comfort and build public trust. These patrols and security measures during religious services are a concrete manifestation of our commitment to protecting all levels of society," he said in an official statement on Tuesday (3/31/2026).
