inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. Police revealed that as of this morning, flooding was still occurring on the inner-city toll road, specifically the one leading to Soekarno-Hatta Airport.
Head of the Traffic Safety Unit (PJR) at the Jakarta Regional Metropolitan Police Traffic Directorate, Police Assistant Superintendent Dhanar Dhono Vernandhie, stated that flooding occurred from the Cengkareng Toll Gate to Rawa Bokor at Km 31.400 A.
"Yes, there is still flooding on the toll road as of 7:15 PM. The water level is approximately 10-15 cm. Traffic flow is being regulated at the Cengkareng Toll Gate and the Rawa Bokor ramp," explained Dhanar when contacted on Tuesday (1/13/2026).
Due to the flooding, Dhanar said, traffic from Soekarno-Hatta Airport to Jakarta and vice versa has slowed. However, the road is still passable for vehicles, including sedans.
"Traffic from Soetta to Jaya and vice versa is congested due to standing water," explained Police Commissioner Dhanar.
Dhanar added that queues at the Cengkareng Toll Gate are currently normal.
