inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Ministry of Transportation Budi Karya Sumadi reveals the human resource in the transportation sector must adapt with industrial development. In supporting HR quality, the ministry committed to continue in improving them.

“The success of the transportation sector is highly dependent on its HR quality who can design and explore the transportation system,” says Minister Budi on Thursday (10/3/2024).

In his statement, he reveals that massive development in the transportation sector has strengthened the economy and social foundation in Indonesia for the past 10 years. This great achievement includes the development of physical infrastructure and digital transformation.

“This brings us to the point where we have to develop our transportation HR so they can adapt amidst the ever-changing times,” explains the Minister of Transportation.

Through education and training programs, Minister Budi committed to realize an innovative and sustainable transportation system.
