inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. Vice Minister of Primary and Secondary Education, Fajar Riza Ul Haq, ensured that Community Schools (Sekolah Rakyat) receive the best possible education through the support of qualified teachers.

"Community Schools are supported by qualified teachers so that children receive the best possible education," said Fajar on Monday (4/13/2026).

In a dialogue with teachers and students, Fajar emphasized that quality learning is key to the success of People's Schools. 

"Under the leadership of Minister Abdul Mu'ti, the Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education continues to fully support Community Schools, including by preparing qualified teachers and strengthening ongoing development through regional technical implementation units (UPTs), such as the Teachers and Education Personnel Centers (Balai Guru dan Tenaga Pendidikan), so that the quality of learning is truly maintained and continues to improve," he explained.

He added that his visit also aimed to ensure that teacher development is running smoothly and that synergy between regional governments is maintained.

"I'm here to ensure that our Technical Implementation Unit (UPT) is participating in teacher development at Community Schools, and to ensure that this program runs with good synergy between regional governments, both the UPT under the Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education and the UPT of the Ministry of Social Affairs, which manages Community Schools, so that its benefits truly reach our children," explained Fajar.

He also took the time to personally inspect the dormitories and the student learning environment. He emphasized that the Community Schools play a crucial role in reaching children from the first and second deciles so they can receive proper and quality education.

"The children at the Community Schools receive an excellent opportunity from the state. Therefore, study hard, achieve your dreams as high as possible, and when you succeed, don't forget to help others," said Fajar.
