Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. A viral digital post on platform X falsely claimed that Legislative Council (DPRD) offices are prohibited from being used as protest sites.

The misleading post featured an image accompanied by a caption asserting that DPRD leadership banned demonstrations at the legislative council grounds and mandated that public aspirations only be voiced through designated open spaces.

Fact-checking verification conducted via strategic keyword indexing confirmed that no official regulations or credible news sources support the claim. Furthermore, visual examination determined that the image attached to the viral post was an artificial intelligence (AI)-generated fabrication intended to spread public disinformation.
