Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. Vice President Gibran Rakabuming Raka has launched a public complaint service, allowing citizens to report issues either in person at the Vice President's Palace or via WhatsApp starting Monday.
The service, called "Lapor Mas Wapres," (literally means Report Vice President) was announced through his Instagram account on Sunday (10/11/2024).
"Starting tomorrow, I will open a public complaint channel for all Indonesian citizens," he wrote in the post, as quoted by antaranew.socm.
Citizens can visit the Vice President’s Palace at Kebon Sirih Street No. 14, Central Jakarta, from 8 am to 2 pm, Monday through Friday. Alternatively, complaints can be submitted through WhatsApp at 081117042207.
“I am also making this service available via WhatsApp, as shown on the poster,” Gibran added, making it easier for people to share their concerns directly.
