He is one of the Bhayangkara Security Advisor (Bhabinkamtibmas) in Suci Village, Mundu District, Cirebon Regency. He founded the Akbar Bintang Rahmatullah Institution, which is located in Dukuntang District. The institution houses the Rahmat Pratama Clinic, the Bintang Akbar Rahmatullah Institution, the Bintang Rahmatullah Teaching and Learning Center (PKBM), and the Bintang Rahmatullah Elementary School. Cirebon City Police Chief, AKBP M. Fahri Siregar said he was proud of the award given by Kapolda Jabar to Brigadier Mamat. "I am very proud of Mamat. His dedication is the realization of the Precision Police," said the Cirebon City Police Chief. He adds that Mamat innovation in building schools and free medical treatment should be imitated by the community and other personnel. "This should be an inspiration for other personnel regarding the importance of community service. We have to follow his example," concluded the Police Chief.
