Commissioner Langgeng conveyed, during the celebration of Eid al-Adha this year, with the Qurban Barokah program, Polda Metro Jaya has so far give a total of 165 cows and 50 goats. “For this year's qurban barokah, we will cook 11 tons of meat to make rendang on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday," said Commissioner Langgeng. To cook that massive amount of rending, Polda Metro Jaya is collaborating with MSMEs to cook rendang. The aim of this activity is to convince the public that this year’s qurban is safe, regardless the FMD outbreak. Commissioner Endra said that the Polda Metro Jaya also give cows to several national media leaders, whose meat then will be given to their employees.
