Inp.polri.go.id - Bandung. The West Java Regional Police contingent won five medals at the 78th Police Woman Run held at the Police Woman Monument grounds in Bukittinggi, West Sumatra, on Sunday (27/9/2026).

Carrying the theme "Run the Culture," the sporting competition drew approximately 2,000 participants nationwide across 5K and 10K categories for students, general public, military and police, and Master 40+ divisions.

In the 10K Female military and police category, Senior Brigadier Surya Elvi from Purwakarta Sub-regional Police won the first place, while Senior Brigadier Sugianingsih from Garut Sub-regional Police claimed second place.

Further achievement came in the Female Master 10K military and police category, where Assistant First Inspector Lia Hilsiani from the West Java Regional Police Directorate of Traffic finished first.

In the men's division, Assistant First Inspector Herman Hendradewa from the West Java Police Directorate of Special Criminal Investigation won first place in the 10K Male Master military and police  category, with Second Brigadier M. Raihan Malik AG taking fourth place in the same group.

Under the direction of West Java Police Director of Human Resources Senior Superintendent Dr. Fadly Samad, the contingent was accompanied by assigned chaperones Superintendent Reny Marthaliana and Assistant Senior Inspector Andriani KR throughout preparation and race operations.
