They pledge their commitment to be active in securing the election process from beginning to end. The PR Chief of West Java Regional Police, Senior Superintendent Ibrahim Tompo emphasized the preparation of his party in securing the election. He noted that a peaceful election is the rights of every people and his party is committed to ensuring it would be delivered. “All personnel of West Java Regional Police will be placed in strategic places and ready to respond quickly in overcoming every potential threat,” said the PR Chief quoted from elitkita on Thursday (2/8/2024). Furthermore, Ibrahim also implores all social elements and relevant stakeholders to go through the election process with the spirit of democracy, comply with the rules and regulations, and maintain security and order of the election. Moreover, West Java Regional Police will also collaborate with all related institutions in realizing fair elections. By the end of his interview, Ibrahim conveys his hope for a peaceful election as police are ready to provide security, protection, and its full support for the success of the election. “We are committed to ensure the success of the 2024 General Election and to make this election a milestone for a strong and established democracy in Indonesia," he concluded.
