The tool that is expected to be able to detect covid19 exposure is applied to several members who come to work. Head of the Yogyakarta Special Region Police Public Relations, Senior Commissioner Yuliyanto, explained that this was the first time this was done using the GeNose C19 tool at the Yogyakarta Special Region Police.He said that the Yogyakarta Special Region Police received two devices, one used for health services at the Bhayangkara Kalasan Hospital, and one for the Yogyakarta Special Region Police Medical and Health Unit, Monday, (04/01/2020). "This tool will later be used to check for police officers, whether they are exposed or not (covid19)," he explained. Meanwhile, the operator of the GeNose C19 tool, Penata Sulistyawati, Head of Health Services in the Medical and Health Sector of the Yogyakarta Special Region Police said that this tool was very helpful in detecting covid19. Easy to apply and results quickly. "The way it works is easy by exhaling the air bag, then attaching the air bag to the GeNose detector, with an application that is already installed on a computer, someone can find out whether he is positive or negative about Covid-19," he explained. Again, to explain, this tool only takes about 5 minutes from taking a breath sample until the results come out. "Information obtained from UGM, this tool has an accuracy of about 85-95%," he said.
