inp.polri.go.id - Banten. Serang Sub-regional Police held a massive banquet of soto tangkar in collaboration with the chef and content creator, Bobon Santoso, at the police HQ on Friday, February 21, 2025.
The event, which was directly attended by Banten Regional Police Chief, Inspector General Suyudi Ario Seto and Serang Sub-regional Police Chief, Superintendent Condro Sasongko, was intended to serve the 1,000 elementary school students in supporting the Free Nutritious Meals Program.
Chief Suyudi saw that the banquet event is also part of the President Prabowo program in providing free nutritious meals to school children. In the event, 1,000 school children from 12 regions in Serang are invited to come.
Suyudi hopes that the program can continue to be supported by various parties, from local figures to other parties.
“We cannot do this alone, we need the support from other stakeholders, Regional Leadership Coordination Forum, and public elements to ensure that this program can continue to be implemented,” says Suyudi.
On the other hand, Chief Condro says that the event also demonstrates his party commitment in supporting the central government program.
He also expressed his gratitude to Bobon Santoso and crews for the time and initiative in holding the event.
“I want to say thank you to Bobon and his crew for the cooking and banquet event. I have to admit that Bobon really can cook as many children have told me today,” said Condro with a smile.
In the event sidelines, children were given school bags and a set of stationery to those who can answer the fun quiz.
