He said that the facilities and infrastructure in each provincial KPU, down to the district and city are ready and fit to carry out the operation. According to Hinsa, the cyber security operations will be carried out for a longer period.

According to him, all electronic systems used by the election organizers, both General Election Commission (KPU) and Election Supervisory Body (Bawaslu) have been authorized, from the system operation to its weaknesses. His party also create  devices needed to support its security.

In the upcoming Regional Head Elections, ransomware still possessed major threats for the smooth and secure elections. According to him, such disruptions from ransomware can shut down the systems and even stole confidential data.

“Let us not forget that ransomware could also hold a hostage and do web defacement," said Hisna.

In addition, the Hinsa also ensured that BSSN has long coordinated with the KPU in building the Recapitulation Information System (Sirekap). According to him, there are two things that must be considered in building an electronic system, namely the reliability of the function and the issue of security.
