Inp.polri.go.id - Tangerang. The Directorate General of Immigration arrested a U.S. citizen wanted by U.S. Marshals for child exploitation, attempted exploitation, and possession of child pornography.
The arrest of the fugitive, identified as TJC, took place at the Tangerang Immigration Office on 30 December 2024, after he applied for a visa extension.
“Thanks to cyber patrols by our investigation team, the suspect's location was detected through the online visa extension system,” said Director of Immigration Monitoring and Enforcement, Senior Superintendent Yuldi Yusman, as quoted by antaranews.com,
Suspect TJC, who entered Indonesia in December 2024, had his U.S. passport revoked, and his presence was reported to the U.S. Embassy.
He now faces serious charges under U.S. law, including producing and possessing child pornography.
