The General Criminal Investigation Directorate of Indonesian National Police (INP) Criminal Investigation Agency identified nine persons as suspects in the forgery of 93 certificates of ownership (SHM) for sea fences in Segarajaya Village, Tarumajaya District, Bekasi Regency, West Java.
“Furthermore, we will proceed to the next procedure from summoning, examination, and others so that we can deliver the documents as fast as possible to the Prosecutor Office,” says the General Criminal Investigation Director, Brigadier General Djuhandani Raharjo Puro on Thursday (4/10/2025).
Djuhandani says that among the nine suspects is the Village Chief, Abdul Rasyid. He sold the location of the land plot in the sea to Mr. YS and BL.
Then, the second suspect is MS as the former Head of Segarajaya Village who signed PM 1 in the PTSL process. Next, JR was the Head of Government at the Segarajaya Village Office.
Moreover, there are also Y as Segarajaya Staff; S as Segarajaya Staff; AP as Head of the PTSL Support Team; GG as Measuring Officer of the Support Team; MJ as Computer Operator; and HS as Assistant Staff in the PTSL Program Support Team. All of the suspects have not been detained.
"Suspects MS and S, Abdul Rasyid, JR, and Y are charged with Article 263 paragraph 1 and 2 of the Criminal Code, in conjunction with Article 55 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 56. In addition, the suspects from the 2021 PTSL Support Team are charged with Article 26 paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code," he said.
