inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. After the tidal flood has receded, the Commuter Line electric train (KRL) route from Jakarta Kota Station to Tanjung Priok has resumed operations, but train speeds are still limited.
"There is waterlogging on the upstream and downstream lines between Jakarta Kota Station and Tanjung Priok due to the tidal flood and train travel is currently limited to a limited speed at the location," wrote the X.com KAI Commuter account @CommuterLine on Tuesday (12/17/2024).
In another post, PT KAI Commuter Indonesia (KCI) also apologized to passengers for the inconvenience. As of 12:37 WIB, 14 trips were canceled when the route was submerged in tidal floods.
The canceled KRL trips were seven trips on the Jakarta Kota Station-Tanjung Priok route and seven on the Tanjung Priok-Jakarta Kota Station route.
The Jakarta Kota-Tanjung Priok KRL trips that were canceled included KA 2422A, KA 2424A, KA 2426A, KA 2428A, KA 2430A, KA 2432A, and KA 2490B.
Meanwhile, the Tanjung Priok-Jakarta Kota commuter line trips that were canceled were KA 2421A, KA 2423A, KA 2425A, KA 2427A, KA 2429A, KA 2431A, and KA 2433A.
