inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. Police identify the husband-wife couple Aidil Zacky Rahman alias Kidoy (19) and Sinta Dewi (22) to be the murderer of their own child, RMR (3). Their brutal action was carried out after they were begging for money in front of a minimarket.

According to the police, in abusing their child, Sinta Dewi slapped her child at the mouth two times, slapped her cheeks, and pinched the victim's thigh three times. While the suspect Kidoy punched and kicked his child in the chest each once, then kicked at the face once,  slapped the victim's cheek twice, and banged his child to the rolling door.

“Their motive is because they were upset at their child after getting a complaint from the minimarket employee that their child has vomited in front of the minimarket,” says the Director of General Criminal Investigation of Metro Jaya Regional Police, Senior Superintendent Wira Satya Triputra on Monday (1/13/2025).

For their crimes, the suspects were charged with Article 76C Jo Article 80 paragraph (3) of Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning Amendments to Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection Jo Article 170 paragraph (2) to 3e of the Criminal Code Jo Article 351 paragraph (3) of the Criminal Code.
