"Not rejecting the report, but for them to complete the report first because there were forced confiscation attempts, etc," said Cilegon Sub-regional Police Chief Superintendent Kemas Indra Natanegara when confirmed by reporters, on Friday (1/3/2025).

He explained, based on the statement of Cinangka Sector Police Chief Police Senior Inspector Asep Iwan, on Thursday (1/2/2025) at around 03.10 WIB seven men came to the HQ with a white Expander car. They claimed to be from a leasing company asking for help/assistance to tow the car due to rental problems.

"At that time, Brigadier Deri who was on duty asked about the legality of the vehicle to be towed, but the person concerned could not show it," said Superintendent Kemas Indra.

Brigadier Deri then contacted the Cinangka Sector Police Chief and was given directions. Then, it was suggested to the victim to make an official report as a basis for the police because they came to ask for assistance without any written evidence as a basis for towing the car.
