Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. A forecast of 1.87 million vehicles returning to Greater Jakarta post-Eid Al-Fitr reflected a 1.4% uptick from 2023 and a significant 56.2% surge compared to regular traffic.
PT Jasa Marga's CEO, Subakti Syukur, emphasized on Thursday (11/4/2024) that traffic will converge from four main toll gates: Cikupa, Ciawi, Cikampek Utama, and Kalihurip Utama.
The expected influx, notably from the Trans Java and Bandung Toll Roads, merits attention, particularly at kilometer 66 of the Jakarta-Cikampek Toll Road.
Jasa Marga suggested early returns to dodge peak flows and advises adaptable travelers to tweak schedules, capitalizing on a 20% toll discount from 17 to 19 April 2024, particularly from toll gates Kalikangkung to Cikampek Utama on the Trans Java Toll Road from Semarang to Jakarta.
