inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Indonesian National Police (INP) continues to intensify public education regarding the 110 Contact Center service. It has been emphasized that this service is not limited to specific regions but is accessible to all Indonesians free of charge.

This assurance was conveyed directly by the Head of Public Information Bureau of the Public Relations Division of the Indonesian National Police (INP), Brigadier General Trunoyudo Wisnu Andiko. 

He emphasized that the 110 service is an official police channel designed to address the needs of the public wherever they are.

"The public can use the 110 hotline service free of charge throughout Indonesia," Trunoyudo Wisnu Andiko told Indozone on Monday (1/12/2026).

According to him, the mechanism for using this service is very easy. People who need police assistance simply need to call 110 on their mobile phone.

"People who call the 110 access number will be directly connected to an operator who will provide services such as information, reporting, and complaints," he explained.

Trunoyudo further explained that the presence of the 110 Contact Center demonstrates INP's commitment to providing fast, easy, and responsive services to the public's needs.

"The presence of the 110 hotline service is intended to meet the hopes and needs of all citizens everywhere," he said.

To implement this service, INP has also prepared an integrated application system that allows every interaction between the public and the police to be digitally recorded.

Trunoyudo hopes that by optimizing the 110 Contact Center service, the state's presence will be increasingly felt by the public, particularly in providing protection, assistance, and fast and professional services.
