Inp.polri.go.id - Surabaya. Indonesian National Police (INP) have mobilized 164,298 personnel for Operasi Ketupat 2025 to ensure a smooth and secure Eid Al-Fitr homecoming, INP Chief General LIstyo Sigit Praboso said on Thursday (20/3/2025)..

“This operation prioritizes security and public service, with 2,835 posts established nationwide,” he said during the deployment ceremony in Surabaya, East Java.

The posts include 1,738 security, 788 service, and 309 integrated posts securing 126,736 vital locations, such as mosques, Eid prayer sites, shopping centers, and transport hubs.

The INP have prepared traffic management strategies, including odd-even restrictions, contraflow, and a one-way system, particularly on major toll and arterial roads. 

“We are placing personnel across key routes to ensure smooth travel,” Chief Sigit said, as quoted by antaranews.com, adding that a 24-hour hotline (110) is available for public assistance.
