Inp.polri.go.id - Magelang. A total of 4,138 personnel from the Indonesian Military (TNI), the Indonesian National Police (INP), and other agencies have been deployed to secure President Prabowo Subianto and his Red and White Cabinet at the Military Academy in Magelang, East Java.

Commander of Yogyakarta-based Military Command, Brigadier General Zainul Bahar, confirmed the officers and soldiers deployment after a security assembly in Magelang, on Wednesday (23/10/2024).

“This is the first event for the new president, and we hope everything runs smoothly,” he said, highlighting the logistical preparations, with ministers expected to arrive on October 24.

The President’s visit was part of the post-inauguration activities, according to antaranews.com. 

Commander Bahar emphasized the complexity of VVIP security, calling it a crucial mission that requires high professionalism and coordination among TNI, INP, and local authorities.

He urged personnel to remain vigilant, highlighting that their actions would be closely observed by the public, both domestically and internationally.
