inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Ministry of Manpower recorded that 46,160 participants passed the selection process and began participating in the National Internship Program (MagangHub) for College Graduates, Batch II, 2026, for six months, starting August 10, 2026.

"This internship program is a government effort to strengthen the development of our college graduates, including those with professional education, into the workforce through real-world work experience, mentoring, and strengthening competencies and work culture," said Minister of Manpower Yassierli at the Ministry of Manpower in Jakarta on Tuesday (8/11/2026).

This program is part of the 2026 economic stimulus policy package designed by the government to strengthen the transition of college graduates, including graduates of professional education, into the workforce through direct work experience and on-the-job learning.

Yassierli emphasized that internships should be a space for developing competencies and professionalism, not simply an administrative requirement.

In Batch 1 of the second phase, 3,672 organizers participated, comprising 1,830 companies and 1,842 ministries/institutions. These organizers opened 28,455 internship vacancies, with a total of 54,304 participant quotas: 31,251 company quotas and 23,053 ministry/institution quotas.

Overall, 732,483 applicants were registered, with 244,982 applicants deemed eligible. Of these, 226,719 prospective participants submitted more than 547,000 applications for various internship vacancies.

After a series of selection processes, 225,920 applicants entered the participant recruitment stage. Of these, 48,088 applicants were deemed eligible for further processing. Furthermore, 46,402 prospective participants were proposed for selection.

After undergoing national-level verification and selection, 46,160 participants were declared successful and selected for Batch 1 of Class II. Meanwhile, 242 prospective participants were not selected due to not meeting the requirements during the final verification.

"This achievement demonstrates the strong collaboration between the government and the business world in creating relevant work-based learning opportunities for young Indonesian talent. To all participants, please utilize this opportunity with discipline, integrity, and sincerity," said Yassierli.
