"We want to directly observe the development of children who are unable to continue their education at the elementary school level, not attending school,  drop out shortly after entering elementary school, and  illiterate," he said The objective of the Si Ipar Operation Rasaka Cartenz program is to reach out to children in the Papua who have not had access to formal education, facilitating them to acquire basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.(mg/ndt/hn/nm)
