The event, themed 'Garuda Bhayangkara Presisi Continues to Excel for Indonesia's Progress,' took place at the Ahmad Yani Sports Hall, the Indonesian Military Headquarters in Jakarta. With 4,200 participants, including 3,600 general public and 600 from the military and the police, the championship commenced on Friday (1/3/2024). Chief Imam highlighted the championship's role in talent development and character building among the youth, particularly in Taekwondo martial arts. He emphasized its potential as a platform for athletes to engage with the INP recruitment process and foster connections with society, especially taekwondo enthusiasts. This ongoing championship aims to produce talented taekwondo athletes at national and international levels, bolstering Indonesia's global sporting reputation.
