Inp.polri.go.id – Aceh. Aceh Regional Police Chief Inspector General Achmad Kartiko has ordered his ranks to act against gas stations who cheats. The statement was conveyed by Kartiko after widespread of cheating in gas stations by mixing the fuel with water. “There needs to be a monitoring and inspection on gas stations to prevent them from cheating, both by mixing the fuel or reducing the fuel volume,” said the police chief on Thursday (3/28/2024). Ahead of the Eid Al-Fitr, he has ordered his ranks to spread and inspect gas stations to ensure no cheating practices are left unchecked. He implores the gas station officials to not play around or even attempt to temper the fuel dispenser meters or other fraudulent practices. “As there is strong punishment for those acts,” warned the police chief in his conclusion.
