inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. Vice Minister of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform Purwadi Arianto demanded that the bureaucracy establish fairness in services to ensure direct benefits for the community.

"Public trust is determined by speed, sincerity, and honesty," said Purwadi on Thursday (9/18/2025).

He continued, no less important is friendliness, including the use of communication technology in accompanying services to the public.

Purwadi says that all of these factors are interconnected and if everything is done by the State Civil Apparatus (ASN), the military, and the police, the public will be more trusting to the government and the relationship between the government and the civilians would be stronger.

He emphasized that the bureaucracy and its services are increasingly adaptive and oriented towards the needs of citizens. The bureaucracy's task is not merely handling administration but also within it to build justice.

According to him, President Prabowo Subianto is currently trying to build a new civilization, bureaucracy is one of the backbones of transformation, through improving services to meet the needs of the community.

Proper policy, management, and budget implementation are crucial, becoming strategic issues in realizing the government's goals.

To achieve this, the government is pushing for high-quality human resources, starting with a clear, measurable recruitment system that meets established standards.

"Policy implementation must be swift, budget management must be effective, and public satisfaction must be met. Our principle is to encourage intersectoral collaboration, including the use of technology," explained Purwadi.
