inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Indonesian National Police (INP) Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo said that a comprehensive evaluation will be conducted by an internal reform team. The formation of the internal reform team is also a sign of police's seriousness in following up on public expectations.
"What is clear is that we continue to monitor existing developments and what the public hopes. And since the beginning of our transformation program, we have continued to make reform efforts on things that we need to improve, both from the operational side, instrumental, and then from the supervisory side, on aspects that have always been of public concern," explained the Police Chief at PTIK, Monday (9/22/2025).
According to General Sigit, this step is also a response to the encouragement to form a Police Reform Team. The formation of this internal reform team is also expected to accommodate input and improvements provided by the public.
General Sigit added that his team is ready to accept suggestions from various groups, from the general public, experts, to institutions directly involved in the police's duties in the field of security and law enforcement. Improvements will also be made from the operational, instrumental, and cultural aspects of INP.
"We continue to accept and listen to all input, whether from committees or commissions, the public, experts, and all members of the public who have been in contact with or are within the scope of our duty to provide services, both in the areas of public order and security and law enforcement," said Chief Sigit.
