The prosecutors had convinced judges at various stages of the evidentiary process, with no dissenting opinions from any panel member, in open court proceedings, he added. "In my opinion, the evidence compellingly establishes Jessica as the perpetrator, as validated by a legally binding court decision," Ketut asserted. Ketut underscored the importance of law enforcement officials upholding the extensive work and meticulous process carried out over nearly seven years, guided by the legal principle of 'Res Judicata pro veritate habetur,' signifying that all judicial decisions should be deemed correct. "Given that it has traversed the correct procedural and evidentiary framework, in conjunction with rigorous evaluation of the presented evidence and the confidence of the presiding judge," he elaborated. Ketut maintained that Jessica's case should not instigate further controversy, as there was no legitimate basis for disputing the panel of judges' decision solely on perceptions formed from documentary evidence.
