The PR Chief of INP, Inspector General Sandi Nugroho in his remarks noted that differences in opinion is common in democracy and should be treated with tolerance. “INP would like to say thank you to all state elements who support us in nurturing public political reference over the past year,” quote the PR Chief in his written statement on Sunday (2/11/2024). Moreover, Sandi also conveys his gratitude to those who always reminds others of maintaining democracy in Indonesia, including to the INP. “I would also like to say thank you for all the suggestions and recommendations to INP in preserving democracy throughout the 2024 General Election,” said SAndi. Sandi assures that INP along with the Indonesian Military Force are always ready to maintain security and order until the election is completely over. Even, the mapping of vulnerable security locations for the 2024 Mantap Brata Operation has already been done to anticipate disturbances.
