Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. Two EMB-314 Super Tucano tactical fighter planes of the Air Force crashed in Keduwung Village, Puspo District, Pasuruan Regency, within the Bromo-Tengger-Semeru National Park (TNBTS).
Air Chief Marshal Fadjar Prasetyo, the Chief of Staff of the Indonesian Air Force , confirmed the incident, stating it occurred at approximately 12 pm local time on Thursday (16/11/23).
"Indeed (the incident occurred in Pasuruan) and there are two (fighter planes)," he said.
The Indonesian Air Force is actively investigating the incident, delving into aspects such as potential casualties, the cause of the crash, and the chronological sequence of events. The two downed aircraft have been identified by their registration numbers as TT-3111 and TT-3103.
