Investigators from the Directorate of Special Economic Crimes (Dit Tipideksus) of the Criminal Investigation Agency (Bareskrim) of the National Police (Polri) searched the house rented by two suspects in the alleged fraudulent investment of Fahrenheit trading robots with the initials HA and FM. The names of HA and FM have been included in the Red Notice. Because the two of them, along with three other suspects namely, WL, DY, and HD were involved in a fraudulent investment case. "Investigators have also searched the house rented by HA and the house owned by FM," said Head of the Public Relations Division (Kabag Penum) of Public Relations Division (Divisi Humas) Polri, Commissioner Gatot Repli Handoko to the media crew, Jakarta, Saturday (23/4/2022). Gatot explained that during the operation, the Criminal Investigation Unit investigators obtained several pieces of evidence allegedly related to the Fahrenheit case. During the search operation at HA's house, the police confiscated a passbook in HA's name, and also several documents. "From FM house, we have confiscated a savings book under FM's name, documents, jewelry, watches, laptops, and cameras," said Gatot. It is known, related to the Fahrenheit case, the police have named 10 people as suspects. They are, D, ILJ, DBC, MF, HA, FM, WR, BY, HD and HS. The 10 suspects were combined after the transfer of the Fahrenheit case from the Polda Metro Jaya to the Dit Tipideksus Bareskrim Polri. In this case, five people have been detained including Hendry Susanto who is a Director at PT FSP Akademi Pro. As well as, D, ILJ, DBC, and MF. Then five other people, HA, FM, WR, BY and HD, have submitted their names to be included in the Red Notice because they are alleged to have fled abroad. PT. FSP Akademi Pro offers the Fahrenheit trading robot application by selling and marketing goods that are not listed in the marketing program approved by the Ministry of Trade and using a marketing plan that is not under the regulations of the Ministry of Trade.
