They achieved this after a convincing victory over Lee Chia Hsin and Teng Chun Hsun, with a score of 21-12, 21-7 at the Centro Deportivo Municipal Gallur on Saturday, March 30, 2024, as reported by antaranews.com.
Ranked 17th globally, the Indonesian pair faced minimal challenges throughout the match, taking an early 4-0 lead and maintaining control to close the first game interval at 11-8.
After the break, Ana and Tiwi extended their lead to 19-9 by securing five consecutive points. They comfortably sealed the first game with a score of 21-12.
Moving into the second game, both Indonesian players dominated without resistance from Lee and Teng. They quickly amassed an eight-point lead, leaving their opponents trailing at 3 points. With a final score of 21-7, the duo secured victory in just 28 minutes.
This win marked Ana and Tiwi's third consecutive victory over Lee and Teng. In the final match, they will face Rin Iwanaga and Kie Nakanishi, the 15th-ranked Japanese pair.
