Inp.polri.go.id - Central Tapanuli. The Central Tapanuli Sub-regional Police named three suspects in a suspected planned murder case at Kalangan Indah Pandan Beach.
Deputy Chief of Central Tapanuli Police, Assistant Superintendent Kamaluddin Nababan, explained that the alleged planned murder involved three suspects, identified as SAR (19); TM (18); and VAPH (16).
The victim, Hasriano Tampubolon (47), worked as a driver.
"The motive for the murder was due to resentment and revenge because the victim threatened to expose the suspects' explicit videos," Deputy Chief Nababan said on Saturday (30/3/2024).
VAPH, SAR's girlfriend, played a role in luring the victim to the location, he said..
Upon the victim's arrival, tSAR and TM killed the victims. They later transported his body using a motorcycle towards the Aek Garut bridge to dispose of it and cover their tracks.
"SAR and TM poured gasoline on the victim to erase the suspects' fingerprints from the victim's body," said Deputy Chief Nababan.
The suspects are charged under the Criminal Code and Law No. 11 of 2012 Juvenile Justice System.
