"The distribution of oxygen supplies to number of hospitals was carried out for two days with total of 32 tons of medical oxygen," Head of Public Affairs of Bali Regional Police, Police Grand Commissioner Syamsi said in a press release in Denpasar, Monday (08/09).
Head of Public Affairs of Bali Regional Police explained in Operation Aman Nusa Agung II-2021 on Saturday (08/07) police escorted vehicles carrying 15 tons of liquid oxygen to number of hospitals in Bali. The liquid oxygen was transported using tank truck belong to CV Langgeng Gas Surabaya to six hospitals in Bali area.
The details are 2.5 tons of oxygen for Kerta Husada Buleleng Hospital, three tons of oxygen for Klungkung Hospital, one ton of oxygen for Denpasar Bros Hospital, 1.5 tons of oxygen for Bali Jimbaran Hospital, one ton for Badung Mangusada Hospital, and 3.5 tons of oxygen for Denpasar Wangaya Hospital. "The distribution of 15 tons of oxygen has been carried out since last Saturday and finished on Sunday. Wangaya Hospital Denpasar got the most oxygen, which is 3.5 tons.
In addition, Bali Regional Police oversaw the distribution of 17 tons of oxygen to Buleleng General Hospital, Tabanan Hospital, Bali Mandara Hospital, Udayana University Hospital, and Wangaya Hospital. "Personnel of Mobile Brigade Battalion B Pioneer Mengwi also oversee the distribution of 160 large oxygen cylinders and 24 small oxygen cylinders from PT Samator to hospitals in Denpasar and Gianyar," he said.
