inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The account belonging to the Coordinator of the United Pati Community Alliance (AMPB), Supriyono, has recovered after the Jakarta Regional Metropolitan Police completed an investigation into the funds contained in the account.

The account was reactivated by the police in conjunction with Bank Mandiri after police confirmed there were no legal issues related to the funds raised, which were allegedly intended to support the Pati community's campaign to convey their aspirations.

This was conveyed by the Director of General Criminal Investigation of the Jakarta Regional Metropolitan Police, Senior Superintendent Iman Imanuddin, along with the President Director of PT Bank Mandiri, Riduan, during a press conference with Commission III of the House of Representatives (DPR RI) at the DPR Building, Jakarta (8/26/2026).

Iman stated that investigators had obtained legal evidence from several parties regarding the origin of the donation and Supriyono's account.

"We have obtained legal evidence from the relevant parties regarding the donation and the account in question. Furthermore, the suspension of the account can be re-enacted and is under the authority of Bank Mandiri," Iman said.

Iman explained that the previous transaction suspension was implemented as a precautionary measure to ensure that the funds collected through the account came from legitimate sources and were not connected to criminal activity.

This measure was also taken to provide protection to both the parties providing and receiving funds.

According to Law Number 8 of 2010 concerning the Prevention and Eradication of Money Laundering, transaction suspensions can be implemented for a certain period of time.

"We are moving quickly to ensure that the democratic process and the expression of opinions as regulated by law are protected for all members of the public," he explained.

Bank Mandiri President Director Riduan confirmed that his company would immediately follow up on the audit results by reactivating Supriyono's account.

Riduan emphasized that Bank Mandiri will continue to uphold prudent principles while safeguarding customer trust in accordance with applicable banking regulations.
