Inp.polri.go.id - Serang. The Banten Regional Police dispatched clean water supplies on Friday (7/8/2026) to assist residents affected by drought across six sub-districts in Serang Regency, Banten.
"This is an extraordinary form of social care and an innovative public service using police operational assets," said Banten Deputy Governor A. Dimyati Natakusumah during the send-off ceremony at the Serang Sub-regional Police Headquarters.
Police deployed operational tank trucks alongside Armoured Water Cannon (AWC) tactical vehicles to distribute the emergency water.
