Bawaslu member Puadi emphasized that this can be accomplished by documenting instances of them being together, whether it's an official event or not. "If you see election organizers and legislative candidates together at a coffee shop, take a photo and report it!" he said during a press release on Monday (11/9/23). He emphasized that election supervisors should intervene if there are activities that may potentially breach election regulations. "Election observers, whether formally invited or not, should actively engage in oversight," he clarified. He expressed the hope that community leaders and students will take an active role in supervising the 2024 elections.
