inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The National Nutrition Agency (BGN) is targeting the construction of 1,542 nutritional fulfillment service units (SPPG) using the state budget (APBN) to be completed by August 2025.

"The budget is already there and it will be tendered at the end of this month. We plan for the SPPG construction tol be completed in August," said Head of BGN Dadan Hindayana when giving a press statement at the Indonesian Ombudsman Building, Jakarta, Wednesday (5/15/2025).

Dadan explained that from the target, there are three SPPGs to be built per district/city throughout Indonesia, and prioritized for areas that are difficult for SPPG partners to reach.

"We have heard many suggestions, from constructing the SPPG in remote areas or in areas that need it most, where maybe the number of beneficiaries is only 200, 300, or 500 people. In areas like that, our partners will be reluctant to be placed in that area and that's where the state will be present," he explained.

Therefore, nn going for this plan, BGN has asked the regional government to send prospective SPPG locations to them.
