inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The National Nutrition Agency (BGN) reminded all Nutrition Fulfillment Service Units (SPPG) to operate the Free Nutritional Meal Program (MBG) professionally ahead of the program's resumption tomorrow, Tuesday (March 31).

Nanik Sudaryati Deyang, Deputy Head of Public Communication and Investigation at BGN, emphasized that her agency will not hesitate to impose strict sanctions on partners found to have marked up raw material prices, especially those that pressure the SPPG head. This could include temporary suspension of operations without incentives, as this constitutes a serious violation.

"I will ask the Deputy for Monitoring and Supervision to suspend partners who mark up prices excessively and pressure the SPPG head, nutrition supervisor, and financial supervisor without incentives, as this constitutes a serious violation," she stated firmly on Monday (March 30, 2026).

The Deputy Head of BGN reiterated that the budget per MBG portion is IDR 8,000-10,000. Marking up raw materials not only harms the program but also undermines the primary goal of providing nutrition services to the community. According to him, partners who have received incentives should work according to the rules, not seek excessive profits.

"I request that incentives be discontinued because such partners will never be satisfied. Even though they've been given incentives, they still mark up raw material prices," said the Deputy Head of the National Agency for National Development Planning (BGN).

As an enforcement measure, BGN will impose a one-week suspension on partners found to be violating the regulations. This suspension period is intended to give partners an opportunity to improve and commit to maintaining the quality of MBG.

"We will suspend them for one week until they declare that they are not marking up prices and are not monopolizing their own suppliers. That is a serious violation," said the Deputy Head of BGN.

BGN hopes this warning will be taken seriously by all partners, so that program implementation can be transparent, fair, and on target.
