inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Indonesian House of Representatives (DPR)  Inter-Parliamentary Cooperation Agency (BKSAP) facilitated the emergency medical team that had just returned from Gaza to report on their experiences during their humanitarian mission in the Israel-Palestine conflict area.

The Head of the DPR BKSAP, Mardani Ali Sera, also appreciated the medical team that had fought to bring Indonesia's name to help resolve the humanitarian crisis in Gaza.

"Today, the DPR BKSAP wants to facilitate our humanitarian fighters from Indonesia who managed to enter Gaza and return safely," said Mardani at the Parliament Complex, Senayan, Jakarta, Wednesday (5/7/2025).

He said the facilitation was part of BSKAP's efforts to initiate the DPR RI as a home for Palestinian humanitarian fighters three months ago.

"A total of 125 community organizations and humanitarian institutions that care about Palestine have gathered to work together," he said.

He then invited a number of specialist doctor representatives from the Indonesian Red Crescent (BSMI) who left for Gaza as a medical team to share their experiences while on duty there.

In the end, Mardani emphasized that the facilitation from DPR was proof that the state was present and supported every effort to improve the lives of the people of Gaza.

"Please pray for their safety as in July they will have the opportunity to return to Gaza," said Mardani.
